From court booking to accounting

Each court shows its free times with a changeover break, and price and payment follow right at booking, also for several identical courts.

Peak and off-peak rates follow the weekday and time of day, and members and guests pay separate prices.

Memberships, passes and season slots run as a subscription by SEPA direct debit, with pause and cancel.

Squash courses by level come with online sign-up, waitlist and coach assignment and are placed on free courts automatically.

Every booking comes with a PIN or QR code, and each entry at a door or gate is logged.

Your light controller detects whether a court is booked and switches the court lights to match.

Cancel with a refund or voucher. If needed, you can also call off whole periods at once.

The software handles sales on site and online, customer management, invoices with dunning and DATEV export for Germany and Austria.

All data is stored GDPR compliant and encrypted in data centres in Germany.
